Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Times Square. The room was quite small and could use more storage space.

The hotel location was super handy, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park, and the staff were all lovely and really helpful. The room was cozy but clean and comfy, and we had a great view of the Empire State Building.🏙️ Easy check in and the warm cookies were a nice touch. Only downside was a bit of construction noise near reception which meant no breakfast, but that didn't ruin our stay at all.

Excellent position along with outstandingly accommodating staff are the reasons we loved this ideal hotel. 34th Street-Penn subway station is only 10 minutes' walk from venue.

I stayed to visit Madison Square Garden and Macy's with my friends. We found the security to be good, and the relation between the price and value was reasonable. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise from outside was noticeable and the room could have been better cleaned. Overall, our experience was positive, and we appreciated the convenient location despite a few minor drawbacks.

I really enjoyed that it was fairly clean and perfect, the staff were efficient and rooms were brand-new. I booked a room with a comfy bed, climate control, TV set and a coffee maker.

I came here for 4 nights and had a great stay. Everything was nice, loved my stay there. The venue was set in the very central position close to Times Square and subway, High Line Park. The beds were large, I slept well. What's more, the parking nearby was a nice bonus.

The staff's sweet attitude towards my elderly parents during my first stay stuck with me. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need - like Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a Fitness centre, and a Business centre. I keep coming back for my holidays.

Great location, close to Times Sq. but not too close. Courteous staff, especially Herendy and Mohammed. Amazing room service - Herendy went above and beyond by cleaning and organizing my room without me even asking. Mohammed at the Lobby was incredibly courteous and hardworking. Good responses to requests, friendly front staff and security. Doorman was welcoming and the room was peaceful.

The hotel's elegant decor and cozy sitting areas were so charming. It truly felt like a welcoming home away from home. The accessibility for us senior folks was fantastic, with well-placed handrails, spacious elevators, and comfortable seating in the lobby for resting our tired feet.

I wish the children of the staff could offer more organized sightseeing tours for us seniors.

The DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square South provided an exceptional view of the new Hudson Yards development, making my stay truly unforgettable. The room, with its 19m2 and comfortable king-size bed, was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The room was rather small but it is NY. One of our beds had brown spots on the sheets and comforter. There were pants and socks left in the room.

Everything was recently renovated, and the modern rooms at Doubletree By Hilton New York Times Square South were comfortable, even though small. The view of the Empire State Building was a nice touch, and the price was very good for a central location in New York. The relaxing atmosphere and delightful surprises like coffee in the room and cookies at reception added to our family bonding. Nearby landmarks such as Times Square and Madame Tussauds New York were easily accessible, enriching our experience. However, the room was tiny, lacking privacy, and the check-in process was cumbersome. The Manager's demeanor could use improvement to match the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance.

Spectacular rooftop bar: As I ascended to the rooftop bar, I felt like I was on top of the world, overlooking the Empire State Building and the Hudson River. It was the perfect spot to end the day and take in the stunning New York City skyline. The ambiance was unmatched, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Perfect location near Times Square, Broadway, and dining. Clean rooms, friendly staff like Tamra, Panashe, and Fran. Safe for solo travelers. One downside: small rooms for multiple guests. But overall, a great choice for a NYC getaway.

My recent stay at this hotel in Midtown was fantastic. the staff at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful. the rooms were kept clean daily, and towels were changed regularly. I appreciated the amenities provided in the bathroom, including shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo. the location was excellent, just a short walk to Times Square and near various subway stations. There were plenty of great dining options nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel stored our luggage on the last day, even arranging a taxi for us.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms, but this is common in a bustling city like New York. the TV in our room had some issues with sticking, which was a bit bothersome, especially for the kids.

The Angus beef at the on-site Tick Tock Diner NY was a flavor explosion! The staff were super helpful and location was spot-on for exploring. Plus, the nearby Roast Kitchen served up some killer bites.

The block around the hotel isn't safe, with frequent police activity. The ongoing lobby renovations made for a lackluster entrance.
